[Hps-ecal] APD Analysis Folder

Hi,

For anyone who was asking to see APD analysis, all raw files and plots are
stored at /clashps/LAAPD_Testing.

The analysis for the first 300 APDs (to include analysis codes, root trees,
and raw files and plots) is located in this folder in Analysis_11April.zip.

Please pass along to anyone who asks.
