[Hps-ecal] Today's meeting canceled

Hello everyone,

I am not in Orsay those days and my laptop does not seem to like 
readytalk very much so we will have to postpone today's meeting.

If people can give some short progress report by e-mail it would be 
perfect. Gabriel can you give an update on work in Orsay? Marco or 
Andrea could you tell us if the orders for the different boards have 
been delivered?  And Michel or Holly could you give some information on 
the gluing and APD testing progress?

Stepan also reminds me that we also need to prepare for the readiness 
review from JLab that will be held early July. For this review we should 
provide an operation manual including calibration procedures! I hope we 
can get at the collaboration meeting with a descent draft!
