[Hps-ecal] Internal note

Dear HPS ECal group,

   With Andrea Celentano, we have published an internal note about the 
characterization of the Ecal crystals light yield and amplification 
chain. It contains a description of the method used to characterize the 
preamplifiers and the results. The second part is about measurements 
performed to determine the light yield using a single crystal.
