[Hps-ecal] APD Testing Complete

Hi,

APD Testing at JLab is officially complete. The final groupings are being
studied now.

Anyone interested in looking at the testing can access all of the raw
files, root files, and post script files at:
/u/home/clashps/LAAPD_Testing/Analysis_1May.zip.

The current APD spreadsheet (with working copies of the cuts) is located in
our logbook at:
http://128.82.116.28:2342/LAAPD/
