[Hps-ecal] holiday cosmic run

FYI All,

We have a cosmic run, with daq in raw mode, for the holiday break,

with the intent to record cosmics until Monday morning.

Hardware and communications are now stable, temperatures and
HV will be regularly monitored remotely and have automatic alarm
handlers, and RC and ECAL phones are online.  Gabriel (ECAL
expert on call), Holly, and Rafo will be physically local.
