[Hps-ecal] hv currents

Hi Nathan,

   I've tried to access the hv files but:
ifarm1101> cd /home/hpsrun/
/home/hpsrun/: Permission denied.
And:
ifarm1101> ls /home/hpsrun/.ecalhv
ls: cannot access /home/hpsrun/.ecalhv: Permission denied

Is it because I'm not using the JLab network? When you will have time 
could change the permission access please or copy it somewhere I can 
access to?
