[Hps-ecal] data catalog

Hi Everyone,

I would like to ask if ECal people have suggestions on quantities that should
be included in the data catalog.  Here’s an old preliminary list of metadata
variables, see if you think anything should be added:

The idea is that one will be able to get a list of all HPS data files that fulfill certain
criteria based on the metadata we define.  For example, “give me a list list all raw
lcio files with BeamCurrent<20nA with ECalStatus==good and BeamQuality==bad”.
