[Hps-ecal] Angular Information from ECal

Hi everyone,

I have assembled this short write-up as an expansion of HPS Note 2014-001
for reconstructing the invariant mass from our December run. I would like
if you could take a look and make suggestions before I pass it around to
the rest of the collaboration.
