[Hps-ecal] Opening angle from Ecal

Hi all,

I've attached a short note on the opening angle of a particle at the target
and it's position at the ecal. This was done preliminarily, but I've added
the parameterizations specific to HPS geometry. Any comments/suggestions
are welcome.
