[Hps-ecal] ECal Calibration Tasks

Hello everyone,

Here are the tasks that we identified yesterday for the calibration of 
the ECal with their associated names:

- Gain calibration with cosmics (Holly)
- Timing Calibration (Ani)
- Position Calibration (Holly)
- Sampling Fraction (Holly)
- Gain calibration with FEE (Luca "seed energy" / Holly "clusters")
- Gain Calibration based on tracker info (Ani)
- Pile up treatment (Ani)
- Pulse shape analysis (Nathan)
- LED run analysis (Andrea)
- Gain calibration with 2 clusters events (Rafayel)
