[Hps-ecal] ECal meeting

Hello everyone and happy new year,

We are going to meet next week on the 18th of January to discuss the 
upcoming run at the usual meeting time 8am Stanford / 11 am JLab / 5 pm CET

It would be good to have news on the following topics. I indicated 
names, but feel free to correct me if someone else is better suited.

Restarting the ECal (Nathan)
