[Hps-ecal] HPS ECal NIM paper

Dear HPS ECal group members,

    As you probably know, a NIM article about the ECal is in preparation. 
It will be based on last year runs (and the work and studies that led to 
them).

The first draft is available here:

We will try to keep it as up-to-date as possible for everyone to be able 
to follow what is happening with the writing.

    For now, it would be nice if YOU COULD CHECK if you agree with:
    - the names of writers indicated in front of TO DO items and article 
sections.
    - the outline. It will be discussed during the next ECal meeting.

  Both of us will try to work together on editing and polishing. 
According to our availability, Gabriel will take the coordination in 
February and Michel in March.
