Dear Subsystem Leaders,

It's time to plan your subsystem's speakers and talks for the HPS Collaboration meeting April 25-27. Please see the attached slides for an overview of what's wanted. Please send a draft agenda to me by March 30.

Hardware subsystems should plan to cover performance during the 2016 run; progress toward a subsystem publication; discussion of problems, fixes, and plans for the future; and whatever else you deem important.

HPS physics analysis will be the major focus at this Collaboration Meeting, so we'd like to hear progress on all fronts and the plan toward publication(s). Ditto plans for processing the 2016 data and understanding its quality. Will we get extra reach using Ecal energy information? Extra reach from using recoils? Other inventions?

We want to get the draft agendas soon so we can plan the overall meeting, and to encourage our prospective speakers to register for the meeting already!

Thanks,

John
