[Hps] updated shift schedule

please find attached an updated version of the shift schedule where I tried
to take into account all constraints. Please let me know whether you will
be able to take the shifts. If you receive this email as part of the hps
mailing list, and you wish to be added to the shift schedule or are
available to ensure shifts during this period, please let me know as well.
