[Hps] No HPS Meeting Tuesday Sept 4

Dear HPS:

Next week's HPS meeting is cancelled to allow everyone more time to prepare for the HPS collaboration meeting the following week.

Hope to see you at SLAC for the meeting. The agenda is attached above. If you can't attend, we are planning to have some of the meeting available by WEBEX. The first morning (8:30-12 Pacific) and day #2 after lunch (1:30-3 Pacific) will be WEBEX meetings. Connection details will be sent around later.
