"High Energy Physics decreases $14.3 million or 1.8%. The major changes in the program are the neutrino beamline upgrades at Fermilab, the start of design for two MIEs (Bella‐II[sic] and the Large Synoptic Survey Telescope), and the completion of the ILC R&D program."
