[Hps] HPS PPC Election PLEASE VOTE!

Dear HPS:

We are finally ready to conduct elections for membership of the HPS Publications and Presentations Committee.

>From the HPS Bylaws: 
"The HPS PPC is responsible for the accurate and broad dissemination of results arising from HPS activities to the scientific community. To accomplish these goals, the HPS PPC will select speakers, solicit invitations to speak, review content of talks, and coordinate the release of results through talks and proceedings."
