[Hps] HPS test shift schedule

Dear collaborators,

thanks again to those of you who have already been able to provide their
travel date, and sorry to them for the spam.

The days remaining before we start taking data are counting fast. I would
appreciate if you can give me feedback by the end of next week. At this
time, we will start assigning shifts at random, which may then have to be
swapped.
