[Hps] RC Meeting at MCC 4pm.

Dear HPS,

We will have our daily RC meeting at 4pm today in MCC meeting room.

We have been taking data continuously over the weekend. We did a rate study yesterday with 25 nA beam,

Radiator         Bottom_clusters     Top_clusters
No radiator    360 Hz                   400 Hz
0.18% r.l.       380                        450
0.45% r.l.       400                        460
1.6% r.l.         490                        550.

The rate increases with the radiator thickness, but majority of events are junk from the collimator. We need a cleaner beam. We requested a dedicated run during the beam study (the last owl shift on Friday), and HDice has agreed with our plan. We will replace the collimator with a larger apperture one.

Before this dedicated run, we have to make sure all our detectors are performing well, and we need to complete any further detector optimizations.
