[Hps] HPS Discussion Forum

Hi,

Now that we are approaching the time for analyzing the
HPS data it would be a good time to start making use
of the HPS discussion forum. The forum includes areas
for discussing analyses, software and operations issues.
I'll be posting data availability updates there including
any important issues concerning the releases used, summarized data
taking conditions, etc... Please have a look at the HPS discussion
