[Hps] New HPS Weekly Meeting Time PLEASE RESPOND

We need to find a new meeting time for our weekly meeting so we can accommodate HPS colleagues from Europe.

There are just a few options available to us. Please let me know which, if any, of these work for you. I'm afraid we won't find a perfect solution, but we'll try to minimize pain.

Thursday 8AM/11AM    Pacific/Eastern
