Dear All,

I have posted a draft of my Vertex 2012 talk here:

I need to add some references and fix a few minor things, but it is largely done.  The talk is 30 minutes, so I will be paraphrasing in places to ensure time for questions (even though the audience has been pretty passive), but if you have suggestions for slides that can be cut or consolidated I'm happy to entertain them.

Apologies for the lateness on this: the talk is in about 24 hours.  I had some travel problems in getting here because of typhoon Sanba which struck the conference site on Monday morning.
