[Hps] CDMS

In case you missed it, there are some fun new results from CDMS using old
Silicon data.  3 events seen.  Best fit DM mass of 8.6 GeV and cross
section ~2*10^-41 cm^2, maybe consistent with Cogent.
Known-background-only hypothesis disfavored over DM+background hypothesis
by about 3 sigma.  Paper on arxiv tonight and also here:
