[Hps] HPS Conference Opportunities

Dear Collaborators,

Here is a summary of the opportunities that I brought up in today's 
meeting.  If you are interested in any of these opportunities, please 
email the PPC so they can coordinate the talks.


Contributed talk opportunities:


- The APS April Meeting 2013 will be held in Denver, Colorado, on April 
13-April 16.  Information is available at 
http://www.aps.org/meetings/april/.  The deadline for abstract submission 
is *Friday, January 11* at 5:00pm.


- The International Conference on Nuclear Physics (INPC2013) will be held 
in Firenze, Italy, on June 2-7, 2013.  Information is available on the 
conference website at http://www.inpc2013.it.  The deadline for the 
submission of an abstract for an oral or a poster presentation is *January 
15, 2013*.


- The 33rd International Cosmic Rays Conference will be held from July 2 
to 9, 2013, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  The conference has added dark 
matter physics as a topic.  Information about the conference is available 
at http://www.cbpf.br/~icrc2013/index.html.  Abstract submission is open 
now (deadline not currently listed).



Invited talk opportunities:

- Workshop to Explore Physics Opportunities with Intense, Polarized 
Electron Beams up to 300 MeV
March 14-16, 2013 at MIT, Cambridge, Massachusetts.
