[Hps] No HPS Meeting This Week, Resume Next Week

Dear HPS,

The HPS meeting this week is cancelled because many of us are travelling to DOE for the HPS Review on July 11.
We resume our regular weekly meetings next week. Please let me know if there's something you'd like to present.
