[Hps] Collaboration Meeting & Election results.

Dear HPS Collaborators,

We had a very nice collaboration meeting in Newport News this past week. On our last day we completed the election for two EC members using a paper ballot. The results really were quite close, with Tim Nelson and Raphaël Dupré receiving the highest number of votes.

Congratulations to Tim and Raphaël. 

I hope everyone was able to travel safely back home from Jlab before the storm hit.
