[Hps] DPF 2013 Abstract

Hello All,

Attached you will find the abstract I would like to submit for DPF 2013.  I
will be giving both an oral talk and presenting a poster giving an overview
of the HPS experiment.

Unfortunately, the deadline is tomorrow (5:00 pm Pacific Time) so I will
try to incorporate any comments I receive before then.
