[Hps] Nominations for HPS Executive Committee until May 29

Dear HPS,

Our bylaws set the terms of two of our EC members, Tim Nelson and Matt Graham, to 1 year. That time has passed, so it's (a little past) time to prepare for
a new election. (The other two, FX and Takashi, have a 2 year term, which nominally ends February 2014)

The first step is nominations. Please nominate any HPS Collaboration members you would like to see on the HPS EC. Tim and Matt may serve again.
Everyone is free to nominate herself/himself. Please send the nominations to me as Chair of the EC, cc'd to Stepan and Maurik. Nominations will 
be accepted until May 29.

After checking that those nominated are willing to serve, the EC will send the list of candidates to the Collaboration. While the bylaws call out
a two week time period to consider the candidates, if everyone agrees we will truncate this to one week, and conduct the election at the upcoming
HPS Collaboration meeting. 

Please send your nominations for the HPS EC. This committee will have a more active role in the next year as we collectively build and prepare 
HPS.
