[Hps] Software Workshop at SLAC PLEASE RESPOND

Dear HPS,

As many of you heard in our meeting today, we are planning to have an HPS software workshop
during the week following the next HPS collaboration meeting. The workshop will occur January 27-31, 2014.

The purpose of the workshop is to provide those not yet fully expert with HPS software enough time
to get over the remaining hurdles in an environment where help can be found quickly and easily.
The SLAC experts, Matt, Sho, Omar, Norman, Jeremy, Homer and others, will be available.

If you plan to come, please reply to this email with the following information:
1. when do you plan to come?
2. what software project will you be working on?
3. are there any formal presentations/tutorials that you'd like to see included? 

Also, let us know of any questions or concerns or suggestions you have to make this week profitable.

Hope to see everyone at the collaboration meeting, and many of you the following week for the software workshop.
