[Hps] yet another new, long awaited, constraint

This one by KLOE, who insist on calling to the U-boson.

decent limits above ~500 MeV, but they require that the ISR photon misses the detector and that kills the efficiency below that (ok, they do the cuts to reduce 3pi and FSR background, but it seems like a funny thing to do).  

Anyway, I have a feeling the new BaBar result will supersede much of this constraint soon enough.
