[Hps] No HPS Meeting This Week Resume Next Week

Dear HPS,

The Accelerator Readiness Review is occupying many HPS collaborators at JLAB this week,
so there will be no HPS Weekly meeting this Wednesday.

We will resume meetings next week, September 3, 2014.

Please let me know if you have something you'd like to present at that or future HPS meetings.
