[Hps] HPS Shift Takers on OWL Shifts

Dear Shift Takers,

Please be careful to read the shift schedule very literally when deciding when exactly you are on shift.

See, e.g., the next worker owl shift, listed for this Friday at 23:00 on http://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/hpsshifts/ .
Luca is to come in at 11PM on Friday, Dec. 12, for his first shift, which will extend until 7AM on Saturday, Dec. 13.
This mostly overlaps with the expert owl shift for Dec. 13, which runs from 12AM (0:00) to 8AM (08:00) on Saturday.
The  expert owl shift for Friday is the day before, so doesn't overlap with the worker owl shift just mentioned.

Clear?

Be literal. We have already had some confusion in this regard, and were left at the last minute with no one
to take the owl worker shift except a good spirited colleague.

It is your responsibility to show up for your assigned shifts. Please inform the RC if that is not possible.
