[Hps] Abstract for UK IoP Nuclear Physics Conference

Dear HPS,

I'd like to send an abstract, attached, to our UK Institute of Physics
(IoP) Nuclear Division Conference, to give a talk about the HPS experiment.
The conference is mostly a meeting for the UK nuclear physics community,
with a large student attendance.

Any comments on the abstract are most welcome.
