[Hps] Abstract for UK IoP Nuclear Physics Conference

Dear Marzio,

That is indeed the correct link. I had contacted the conference organisers
when I realised that I had missed the deadline and they promised to reopen
submission for me when I was ready to submit an abstract, so I hope that
should still be OK. The conference is in April.
