[Hps] Three HPS speakers needed

Dear HPS,

There are three workshops/conferences for which we have requests for HPS
speakers.  Please let us know by Friday March 7th if you are interested in
going to one of them (and let us know which one).  The PPC will then
discuss and select the speakers.

-- APEX Collaboration meeting (@JLab)

A roughly 25'+5' minute talk on Tuesday 4/22/2014.  The talk should update
the APEX collaboration on the status of HPS.  Since this is a small
meeting, it makes sense for a local JLab person to give the talk.

-- New Perspectives on Dark Matter (@Fermilab)

A talk during the week of 4/28--5/2.  The speaker should be able to present
both HPS and APEX, and lay out the global program to search for dark
photons.  Perhaps 30' (TBC).
