[Hps] Coming to HPS Software Workshop? PLEASE RESPOND NOW!

Dear HPS,

The HPS Software Workshop is tentatively planned for Saturday and Sunday, June 14 and 15, before the Collaboration Meeting
at JLAB. Stepan has said the lab can accommodate us.  The purpose is to provide real working time with the experts, to bring those new to the software toward real mastery and to make headway on important software projects.  The Software Workshop following the recent  SLAC Collaboration meeting provided a strong start for many collaborators new to slic and lcsim and was judged very useful.

Everyone needs to finalize travel plans, so we need to know TODAY if you plan to attend. We'll go ahead with the Workshop if a critical mass can attend.

So, please let me know ASAP if you are able and interested in attending. I'll get back to everyone as soon as I can gauge the interest in the Workshop.

Sorry this is so last minute. I think it is very good use of travel funds and the software team's time and hope you can participate.
