[Hps] Hall B meeting

Dear all,

  Please find the minutes of today's Hall B meeting at this link:

Note that the "dry season" in Hall B may soon be over, as we expect to 
get beam to the Hall B tagger dump as early as Friday. Make sure you 
have taken the SAF111 training, and your Rad. Worker 1 training and TLD 
batch are up-to-date, as all this will be required to access the Hall 
once beam has been delivered to Hall B.
