Dear HPS,

It's time to mark your calendar and begin making travel plans for the HPS Collaboration Meeting,
which will be held January 26-28, 2015 at SLAC.

We'll review the Fall 2014 commissioning run and prepare for the 2015 Engineering Run. Updates from JLAB and Hall B management, recent developments in heavy photon theory and the latest experimental results, and  the status and plans of all the HPS subsystems will be included. Preparations for HPS data analysis, including discussion of the Mock Data Challenge, will also be discussed.

Everyone in HPS is urged to attend, and others interested in learning about and participating in our experiment are most welcome. Please extend the invitation to any colleagues who may be interested.
