[Hps] HPS Shift Taker's Required Training

Dear HPS Shift Takers

The required training has now been updated at the following link http://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/hpsshifts/index.php?doc=shift_requirements (linked in the left sidebar of http://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/hpsshifts/ )

Please note: 
Oxygen Deficiency Hazard training requires the passing of an online test.
Radiation Worker 1 requires the passing of a test SAF801T (taken onsite and arranged via the Users Office) and a practicum SAF801P (arranged via RadCon)
The Hall-B Safety Awareness (Emergency Response Guidelines) SAF111 walkthrough requires reading and signing of the document followed by arranging an appointment with Stepan. (Users with a current SAF111, taken prior to September 2 2014, will expire on October 1 2014 and will be required to complete this training)

All new and existing HPS/Hall-B users should take their training requirements into consideration when planning for upcoming shifts.
