Dear HPS members and in particular Institute Representatives 

A reminder that the shift swap period for foreign institutes will end on Friday 19th September. If you are a foreign institute and plan to swap shifts, please do so as soon as possible.

The domestic institutes swap period will open on Saturday 20th and run until 27th.
