[Hps] HPS Experiment Update

Dear HPS,

Setup of the accelerator is making progress. Overnight they have established 4 pass beam and they are now working to get the beam to 5.5 pass. IF this is not completed by noon today, then 5.5 pass will be abandoned until next week and extraction to Hall-B will start, followed by extraction to Hall-A. Mike Tiffenbach will come in to do the Hall-B beamline setup.

So, all shifts should be manned from today noon onward. Please come prepared for action to your Swing and Owl shifts.
