[Hps] Hall B meeting

- We did get some decent beam for HPS on Sunday! Please check out 
Maurik's RC report.
- Also, the second Torus coil has been installed (enjoy the feature of 
the week!)
- Much progress on various detectors. Finish line is in sight.
- Winding of the first solenoid coil is completed at ETI. Four more to 
go, now on a faster track.
