[Hps] Hall B meeting

Dear all,

Please find the minutes of yesterday's Hall B meeting at:

Please note the arrival and mounting of the MVT and the FT calorimeter 
as shown in the links to the photographs. We have currently 15 
engineers, technicians and physicists on site, most of them from France 
and from Italy, who are working hard to get these instruments fully 
assembled, tested, and integrated with other CLAS12 detectors.
