[Hps] relocate Hall B / CLAS work areas hps and clasg12 during scheduled IT maintenance

Hi Harut,

We need to move hps and clasg12 Hall B / CLAS work areas from an old fileserver to Physics' new one -- can we do the cutover during tomorrow's scheduled 5pm IT maintenance period? (It may get pushed back a week if the lab is closed tomorrow due to weather).  These work area stay pretty active, but we've got a copy of them already in place on the new fileserver so all we'd have to do is run through their final rsyncs.  

Can you put the word out to hps and clasg12 about this cutover (from sfs59 or sfs62 to scifs2)?
