Dear HPS,

If you haven't already, do be sure to register for the HPS Collaboration Meeting at Orsay as soon as you can.

We understand that many collaborators have been waiting for formal travel approval before registering, and that these approvals are just now coming in. But do let the Meeting organizers know as soon as you can, so they can make the necessary arrangements. 

Planning for the meeting is moving along nicely. A tentative agenda should be out this week. Thanks to our very successful Engineering Run, there will be a great deal of progress to review and planning to discuss. It should be an excellent meeting.
