[Hps] Machine status and shift schedule

Hello all,

We will lock up the hall swing today and will stay closed till 6am on 
Thursday, March 12.
Shifts must be staffed starting 4pm today, March 10. Please make sure 
you show up for
your shift.

Run coordination meeting will be at 3pm in the conference room at 2nd 
floor of counting
house.
