[Hps] run status

Hello all,

We are planning to continue to run, most likely till Monday, March 16, 
6am morning.
Tomorrow morning Hall-B will go to "Controlled access" for few hours for 
torus work
and for fixes if any. Please make sure you come for your shift and as 
always check your
email for schedule updates.
