[Hps] run status

Hi all,

We will have run coordination meeting at 3pm in the conference
room in counting house, second floor.

Hall will be open for next few days and we need to plan activities
for hardware fixes. Also, I want to see analysis of data taken over
weekend, e.g. on beam motion during a trip, target scans etc.

Next time we get a beam, end of this week, we will run DAQ to get
some data with ECal only to check various new things that have
been implemented, e.g. EPICS info, RF time, and dead time measurement,
so a short update on DAQ will be needed.
