[Hps] Interruption in Program to Replace Heat Exchanger

Dear HPS,

A heat exchanger in the East Arc is scheduled for replacement starting around noon tomorrow, and lasting perhaps 4-6 hours.
HPS will continue with scheduled shifts.

Two consequences:
1. We will not turn over the beams for bpm studies Thursday morning, as previously planned. Hopefully, we'll do this Friday morning
instead. Beam set up to the tagger and alcove should proceed as far as it can get before noon.

2. There will be a 4-6 hour block of no beams, so alternative programs can be run.  Ecal cosmics? DAQ integration? Other?
Please let me know if you have a use for this block of time.
