[Hps] Run Plan for the next week

Dear HPS,

We haven't had beam since shutting down on Monday, but the machine is presently starting to deliver beam to Hall A
with the new RF separator. Once that is operational, they'll attempt to deliver beam to Hall D. If that works, they'll move on to Hall B.
We hope for beam later tonight.

If they are not successful with Hall D, and there are concerns that the RF separator will work, they will go to magnetic extraction for both Halls A and B for this weekend. So in either case, Hall B should be getting beam, hopefully beginning during Saturday owl shift. We have cancelled the today's day and swing shifts. The March 21 owl shift, which begins tonight at midnight, is on.

Longer term, HPS will be running over the weekend until Tuesday morning, March 24, at 6AM. We'll begin again on Thursday owl, March 26 and run until Monday, March 30, at 6 AM. We expect to cancel Tuesday, March 24, day and swing shifts, and Wednesday, March 25, owl, day and swing shifts.

This block of time, and some luck with machine performance, should get us a good start on commissioning HPS.

Sincerely,

John
HPS RC
